Through our partnership, your PointCentral locks are accessible via the Lockboxes tab in your RentEngine account (both on web and via the phone app). Here you can:
- Generate one-off codes through the dashboard
- Assign PointCentral devices to specific units
- Control access timing and permissions
RentEngine will automatically generate and share a unique PointCentral code for each showing. When a prospect arrives at the unit and requests access through RentEngine, they receive a valid code for their showing time.
If property managers use additional verification like ID checks, codes won’t generate until prospects clear those screenings.
